You'll be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through various digital marketing channels while optimizing campaign performance and ROI. - Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels (paid social, search, display, and emerging platforms)
- Own user acquisition targets and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs while maintaining target CAC and ROI
- Design and implement retention marketing campaigns to improve user engagement and lifetime value
- Analyze campaign performance data and user behavior metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing marketing assets
- Manage and optimize marketing budget allocation across channels
Qualification:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement metrics in consumer apps/products
- Strong expertise in paid social (Meta, Instagram, Snapchat) and search advertising platforms
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and attribution modeling
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of Gen Z behavior and digital consumption patterns
- Experience with retention marketing and user engagement strategies
- Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent communication skills
