Issue Resolution:Coordinate with internal billing, AR, and technical teams to resolve client concerns efficiently. Account Management:Track client performance, billing status, deliverables, and escalations. Reporting:Share weekly/monthly performance reports with clients using Excel/CRM dashboards. Retention & Satisfaction:Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback calls to ensure long-term client engagement. Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client experience.
