The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and overall client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Respond to queries and ensure timely updates. Issue Resolution:Coordinate with internal billing, AR, and technical teams to resolve client concerns efficiently. Account Management:Track client performance, billing status, deliverables, and escalations. Reporting:Share weekly/monthly performance reports with clients using Excel/CRM dashboards. Retention & Satisfaction:Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback calls to ensure long-term client engagement. Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client experience.
