The role involves working directly with the founder to manage strategic initiatives, coordinate projects across teams, and provide insights to improve business operations. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with decision-making, conducting research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and contributing to the brand's overall growth strategies. This role offers opportunities to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Work directly with the Founder on strategic, operational, and brand initiatives. - Drive cross-functional projects across marketing, operations, and product teams. - Research and analyze data to support decision-making and business planning. - Ensure projects, campaigns, and deliverables are on track — acting as the execution backbone. - Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for management discussions. - Identify process gaps and help build scalable systems for growth. - Handle confidential business information with discretion and reliability.What We're Looking For:- 1–3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, marketing strategy, or similar roles (startup/D2C background preferred). - Exceptionally proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. - Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. - Someone who can think fast, act faster, and get things done. - Comfortable working directly with leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
