Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive specializing in the construction industry to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes within the real estate sector and the ability to effectively communicate and engage with clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Real estate sales experience to effectively manage transactions and negotiations with clients. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong presentation skills for delivering compelling sales pitches and closing deals. (Mandatory skill)
- Lead generation abilities to successfully identify and cultivate prospective clients. (Mandatory skill)
- Comprehensive product knowledge to provide detailed information and support to clients.
- Proficiency in preparing accurate and competitive quotations to meet client needs.
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Strong communication skills to ensure effective interaction with diverse client profiles.
- Time management skills to prioritize and organize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities to handle client queries and facilitate smooth transactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential clients through effective lead generation methods.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations and proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
