Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive specializing in the construction industry to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes within the real estate sector and the ability to effectively communicate and engage with clients.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Real estate sales experience to effectively manage transactions and negotiations with clients. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong presentation skills for delivering compelling sales pitches and closing deals. (Mandatory skill)
  • Lead generation abilities to successfully identify and cultivate prospective clients. (Mandatory skill)
  • Comprehensive product knowledge to provide detailed information and support to clients.
  • Proficiency in preparing accurate and competitive quotations to meet client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability in client relationship management to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure effective interaction with diverse client profiles.
  • Time management skills to prioritize and organize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities to handle client queries and facilitate smooth transactions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop potential clients through effective lead generation methods.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales quotations and proposals aligned with client requirements.
