Our platform powers AI Skills Agents, dynamic Q-Scores, Skills Passports, and autonomous match-making for jobs, gigs, contracts, projects, and social impact.We are now hiring a Head of Digital Product who can lead our digital vision end-to-end and convert bold ideas into simple, elegant, scalable user experiences—across web, mobile, and omnichannel interfaces. Role OverviewThe Head of Digital Product will own the entire product lifecycle for GrowQR.ai—from concept and story-telling to design, MVP, launch, iteration, and scale.This leader must be both strategic and hands-on, capable of shaping vision with the founders while also translating it into clean user flows, minimalistic UX, and frictionless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities1. Product Vision & StrategyDefine and execute the overall product strategy, roadmap, and north-star metrics for GrowQR.ai.Translate founder concepts into clear narratives, product stories, and feature frameworks.Align product direction with business goals, user insights, and AI-driven opportunities.2. Full Lifecycle Product OwnershipEnd-to-end ownership from ideation → wireframes → prototypes → user testing → final UI/UX → deployment → optimization.Lead concept development, low-fidelity and high-fidelity design, user journeys, and information architecture.Build customer personas, empathy maps, and segmentation frameworks for seekers, providers, and enterprise clients.Drive CX mapping across all touchpoints (web, mobile, QR flows, AI interactions, onboarding).Work closely with engineering, AI/ML teams, and design teams to ensure smooth execution with minimal hops and maximum scalability.3. UX/UI & Design LeadershipChampion simple, intuitive, minimalistic design aligned with the GrowQR.ai brand.Lead web and mobile experience design (PWA, app, marketplace, dashboards, QR-based interactions).Create and iterate low-fidelity sketches, mockups, user flows, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.Ensure consistency of typography, color palettes, iconography, and visual branding across digital products.4. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with engineering, marketing, AI agents team, data science, and operations to deliver end-to-end product releases.Work with leadership to validate assumptions, run rapid experiments, and quickly scale validated features.Communicate product vision and updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders.5. Data, Analytics & OptimizationUse data insights (qualitative + quantitative) to guide product decisions and prioritize roadmap items.Establish KPIs for engagement, activation, readiness scoring, conversions, and marketplace velocity.Drive A/B testing, usability testing, and continuous design optimization.6. Team LeadershipBuild and lead a world-class product design & product management team over time.Create an environment of rapid iteration, high craftsmanship, and customer obsession.  Key RequirementsMust-Have10+ years of digital product management/design experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven ability to own the entire product lifecycle end-to-end.Expertise in story-telling, product concepting, low-fidelity prototyping, UX, UI, CX, and simple visual design.Strong experience building web + mobile products, ideally in consumer internet, AI, HR-tech, or marketplace environments.Ability to take founder vision and convert it into structured product frameworks, narratives, and prototypes.Strong understanding of user personas across different segments—students, job seekers, gig workers, businesses, communities.Ability to build minimalistic, clean, modern designs without unnecessary complexity.Deep familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion, Jira, analytics tools, and product documentation systems.Strong understanding of AI-powered workflows, agents, automation, and workflow orchestration (preferred, not mandatory).Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Location PreferenceStrong preference for NCR-based candidates (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida) due to rapid collaboration cycles with founders. Nice to HaveExperience building agentic AI products, QR-based identity systems, or skills marketplaces.Exposure to global markets (India + US/Global).Background in design thinking, human-centered design, or customer experience design.Startup or 0→1 product experience.Ability to produce quick hand-drawn flows, rapid prototypes, or concept demos. What We OfferOpportunity to lead the digital future of a fast-scaling, impact-driven AI ecosystem.Ownership of the end-to-end product charter with direct influence on company strategy.Fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with significant creative freedom.Competitive compensation + equity/ESOPs for the right candidate.Chance to design a platform that impacts millions of individuals, providers, and smart cities globally.
