Presidency University is looking for a dynamic Training & Development Manager to design, implement, and oversee learning and development initiatives across the University.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end training programs.
- Develop innovative learning solutions – workshops, e-learning, assessments, and engagement activities.
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement development plans.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Training & Development (corporate or academic sector).
- Strong skills in instructional design, facilitation, and program management.
- Creative, strategic, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
