The India team serves as the creative and operations hub, powering growth, product communication, and marketing initiatives globally.We are looking for aMarketing Manager – Content & Brand Strategywith astrong background in deck writing, storytelling, and SaaS-focused content creation . This is a key onsite role based in our Jaipur office.Key Responsibilities Content & Deck CreationDevelop and designhigh-impact pitch decks, investor presentations, and product demo deckstailored for SaaS audiences. Translate technical and operational features intoclear, visual, and persuasive storytellingaligned with brand tone and business objectives. Partner with leadership and product teams to writecase studies, whitepapers, one-pagers, and sales enablement materialsthat highlight LMDmax’s platform capabilities and business outcomes. Ensure all content and decks maintain consistency in tone, visual hierarchy, and brand standards across all markets (US, Canada, and India).Brand & Marketing CommunicationPlan and execute thecontent calendarfor website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns focused on SaaS growth narratives. Support the creation ofevent and conference materials(booth content, brochures, product sheets, and presentations). Collaborate with the design team to convert complex ideas intoclean, executive-ready visuals . Work with U.S. leadership to align communication strategies with evolving business goals and customer expectations.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to extract insights and success stories that can be transformed into high-value marketing assets. Coordinate with leadership for data-backed storytelling — converting metrics, platform analytics, and process outcomes into engaging narratives.RequirementsExperience:4–8 years in marketing, content strategy, or communications, ideally within aSaaS or B2B tech environment .Skills Required: Exceptional command of English, both written and visual storytelling. Proven ability to write and designinvestor or client decksusing PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva/Figma. Strong understanding ofB2B SaaS messaging , product positioning, and lifecycle content. Ability to simplify technical details into business-friendly language. Comfortable working closely with founders and product leaders on time-sensitive deliverables. Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
