Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage HP product sales through channel partners for our infrastructure solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel management, partner enablement, and driving revenue growth through strategic alliances.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end HP commercial product lines. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). - Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (ST, T1, and T3). - Collaborate closely with the HP field team to drive targeted business outcomes.• Channel Development & Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with HP channel partners, distributors, and resellers. - Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.• Sales & Revenue Growth:- Achieve sales targets for HP products within the infrastructure domain. - Drive joint business planning with partners to maximize HP product penetration.• Partner Enablement:- Conduct product training and enablement sessions for channel partners. - Support partners with marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs.• Market Intelligence:- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. - Provide feedback to internal teams for product positioning and pricing strategies.• Collaboration:- Work closely with HP account managers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. - Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design and customer presentationsJob Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). - 4–8 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in IT infrastructure or HP products. - Strong understanding of HP servers, storage, networking, and related solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel ecosystems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as required. - HP Sales Certifications (e.g., HP Accredited Sales Professional). - Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions and enterprise technologies.
