M365 Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities : Design, develop, and deploy M365 applications and workflows using SharePoint Online, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and one more out of the other key MS technologies - Enterprise Search, Co-Pilot Studio, VIVA Connections - ensuring functionality and performance. Conduct business analyses by collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, adjust communication for non-technical audiences, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals using an agile approach. Configure and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, flows, and web parts to improve productivity and information management. Build business applications using Power Platform for automation Based on the skill set perform one out of the following three functions: Enterprise Search for efficient information retrieval or build AI-driven automation solutions using Co-Pilot Studio or enhance employee engagement through VIVA Connections. Integrate M365 solutions with external systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) using tools like Azure Logic Apps or custom development as needed. Provide technical support for SharePoint Online and others resolving issues with business users and delivery teams. Work independently and be resourceful in resolving challenges, however seeking guidance and help when necessary to maintain project momentum. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor performance of applications and identify bottlenecks. Security & Compliance: Ensure the applications are secure, compliant, and projects adhere to SLC best practices, including managing identity and access and securing data. Generate and maintain related documentation as needed. Data Reporting: work with related reporting platforms to summarize data maintained in the system. Initiative Execution: Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units. Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise. Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities. Reporting: Regularly report on system use to your Capability Lead, VT captain, and team members. Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered. Requirements

Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience. 3+ years of demonstrated experience developing and configuring solutions in Microsoft 365, with specific expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Proficiency with one more of the key MS technologies – Enterprise Search, Co-Pilot Studio, VIVA Connections – including hands-on development and configuration. Proven ability to perform business analyses, collaborating with stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions. Experience working on SharePoint development, including sites, lists, libraries, flows, and web parts. Familiarity with .NET, CSS, HTML5, PowerShell, and basic UI/UX design principles. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, quickly learning new skills while recognizing when to seek help to avoid delays. Understanding of relational databases and SQL. Experience with Agile methodologies and basic version control (e.g., Azure DevOps or Git). Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with development teams and business users. Solid problem-solving capabilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues in applications and workflows. Good written and verbal communication skills for explaining solutions to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification:

Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, or related technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate).
