**Required Qualifications**:

- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite, with a strong focus on M365 Copilot functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess user needs and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse user groups.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing organizational needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a corporate training or support role, especially within a large organization.
- Knowledge of license management practices within the M365 ecosystem.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools related to M365 usage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** End-User Training & Support**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users on M365 Copilot features and functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- ** Use Case Development**:

- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and develop practical solutions using M365 Copilot.
- Document and share best practices and use cases to enhance user adoption.
- ** Platform Updates & Feature Testing**:

- Stay informed about the latest updates and feature releases in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Test new features in a controlled environment and prepare training materials and conduct training to educate users on new capabilities.
- ** License Management**:

- Manage user licenses, including assignment, reassignment, and monitoring of usage.
- Conduct regular assessments of license utilization, identifying and reallocating unused licenses as necessary.
- Maintain backlog of users for next phases of deployment with support from ambassadors from various product lines and job functions
- ** Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor user engagement and utilization metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate periodic reports on license usage and user activity for management review.
- ** Community animation**:

- Animate the user community around the use of M365 Copilot, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing among users.
- Organize and facilitate community events such as Q&A sessions, workshops, challenges and user groups to promote best practices and user experiences.
