You will own the creator engine end-to-end foryoue.coWhat you will do: Build the creator bench:source, pitch, and sign UGC creators and micro-influencers across Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn. Be the single point of contact:manage briefs, timelines, approvals, and feedback between Youe and creators. Onboard and enable:share brand kit, messaging guardrails, creative guidelines, asset library, examples, tracking links, and payment steps so creators can ship fast. Plan content sprints:co-create hooks and formats; maintain a rolling calendar that balances experiments with proven winners. Track what matters:monitor posts and analytics in real time; maintain a dashboard for reach, views, CTR, installs, conversions, and cost metrics. Iterate with creators:test formats, captions, thumbnails, and calls-to-action; scale what works and retire what does not. Handle creator payouts.
