As theState Head – Sales & Operations , you’ll drive revenue growth, optimize ROI, manage large teams, and ensure seamless operational excellence in your region. This is a high-ownership role for leaders who thrive on building and scaling businesses.What You’ll Do 1)Own the P&Lfor your state — drive revenue, profitability, and ROI. 2)Build and execute growth strategiesaligned with company goals. 3) Lead, manage, and scalea multi-layered sales team (Senior Managers, Territory Managers, etc.). 4) Drive high-volumeB2C salesacross urban and semi-urban markets. 5) OptimizeCAC, retention, and churnthrough data-driven actions. 6) Expand NxtWave’s presence by identifying and developing new markets. 7) Build deep relationships with students, parents, and communities. 8) Recruit, mentor, and develop future leaders across your team. 9) Ensureoperational excellenceand consistent performance tracking.Who You Are 8–12 years of experience inSales & Business Leadership , with 4–5 years managing state/large-region operations. Proven success inowning P&Land driving strong business outcomes. Experience inEdTech, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG , or other high-volume B2C industries. Strong grasp ofsales funnels, CAC, ROI, and retention metrics . Exceptionalleadership, communication, and strategic planningskills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
