Job Description:


As a PPC Specialist specializing in social media advertising at FPGrowth, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns. You will leverage your deep expertise in Social Media platforms like - Facebook, Instagram, and video advertising to create and manage high-performing paid media campaigns that deliver measurable results for our advertising clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies for clients in the FMCG, SaaS and product-based sectors, aligning with their business goals and target audiences.
  • Platform Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Facebook, , Instagram & Twitter advertising, including ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, and ad creative best practices.
  • Video Advertising: Create and optimize video advertising campaigns across social media platforms, ensuring engaging and effective video content that drives conversions.
  • Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights to make data-driven recommendations and adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Ad Creative: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and align with client branding.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Client Communication: Maintain strong client relationships by providing clear, insightful campaign updates and performance reports, as well as proactive recommendations for optimization.
  • Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B testing and experimentation to refine ad strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of hands-on experience in social media advertising, with a strong focus on Facebook, Instagram, and video advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns for FMCG and product-based clients.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends and best practices.
