Location : Whitefield, Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience : 5 8 years

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics QA Test Engineer with strong expertise in MS Dynamics 365 (Sales flow) and end-to-end testing. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of manual testing processes, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Candidates should demonstrate stability in their career history and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end QA testing for MS Dynamics 365 applications, with a focus on Sales flow modules.

- Execute manual testing activities including test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect reporting.

- Ensure business processes within MS Dynamics CRM / MSD Sales are validated against requirements.

- Work closely with development and business teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Document and maintain detailed test cases, results, and defect logs.

- Participate in UAT support, ensuring successful handover to business users.

- Identify, track, and resolve issues across the testing lifecycle.

- Contribute to process improvements and QA best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in MS Dynamics QA (MSD QA).

- Hands-on expertise in MS Dynamics Sales flow and related modules.

- Solid knowledge of manual testing methodologies and practices.

- Experience in end-to-end testing of enterprise applications.

- Good understanding of QA processes, defect management, and reporting.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and proven career stability
