Position: Sales OfficerLocation: Ahmedabad, GujaratIndustry: Sports Goods / Sports Equipment / Sporting AccessoriesExperience: 3–6 Years (Preferably in sports goods, fitness equipment, or FMCG/retail sports category)Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferredJob Purpose:To achieve sales targets in the assigned territory by developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, institutions, and retail partners in the sports industry.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives. - Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and sports academies. - Identify new business opportunities in the sports goods and accessories market. - Handle product promotion, sampling, and branding activities at field level. - Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends. - Ensure proper availability, visibility, and placement of products in stores. - Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events. - Collect market feedback and provide inputs for product development. - Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline. - Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or sales dashboards.Key Skills Required:- Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of local sports market and distribution network. - Self-motivated and target-oriented with a go-getter attitude. - Willing to travel extensively within Gujarat. - Ability to handle both institutional and retail sales.Salary Range:₹3 – ₹5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)Reporting To:Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
