We work with some of the most exciting bars, pubs, and restaurants, helping them craft unforgettable brand identities. From the logo on their glassware to the vibe of their menu, you'll be responsible for shaping how these brands look, feel, and live in the real world.
Role Description:
- Lead the design department—set the creative direction, oversee projects, and elevate everything we put out
- Create brand identities from scratch—logos, typography, color palettes, and complete visual storytelling for bars, pubs, and F&B brands
- Develop brand guidelines that ensure consistency across digital, print, and environmental design
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to translate brand positioning into sustainable communication via graphic & visual design
- Manage and mentor designers, setting a high creative bar and fostering innovation
- Stay ahead of design trends, especially in the F&B and nightlife space
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in brand design, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle space
- A stellar portfolio showcasing brand identity projects from concept to execution
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools
- Experience in packaging, signage, and spatial design is a big plus
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping the creative fire alive
- A deep love for bars, nightlife, and hospitality—you get the culture, the vibe, and what makes a place iconic
