Role Overview

You will oversee the interior design process for office spaces.

You will lead design teams and ensure project alignment with business goals.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop design strategies and plans.
  • Create 2D layouts and 3D visualizations.
  • Evaluate designs for brand identity and functionality.
  • Capture and implement design goals with project managers and architects.
  • Provide innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
Execution & Coordination
  • Oversee technical drawing development.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure design alignment.
  • Provide revisions based on stakeholder feedback.
3D Visualization & Presentation
  • Create high-quality 3D renders using V-Ray and Corona Renderer.
  • Develop immersive interior presentations.
  • Optimize 3D models for lighting and materials.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
  • Expertise in V-Ray and Corona Renderer.
  • Knowledge of zoning, safety codes, and layout planning.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
