With a rapidly growing community across India and beyond, we’re on a mission to inspire a new aura of medical professionals — those who perform from dusk to dawn in the pursuit of greatness.Location: Noida / RemoteType: Full-timeWebsite: getnovora.comInstagram: getnovoraJob Description- We’re looking for a Creative Designer (Static + Motion) who can translate ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. - You’ll design for both Instagram and Meta ads — shaping how India’s fastest-growing medical apparel brand shows up to the world. - Your work will span everything from product storytelling and campaign design to motion reels, brand mood boards, and visual experiments that push what’s possible.What you will do- Design static creatives for Instagram, website, and ads - Create motion graphics & editing-form video content (Reels, ad animations, product explainers) is a plus but not necessary - Work directly with the founders & creative team to shape campaign ideas - Maintain brand consistency across color, typography, and visual language - Ideate new formats, effects, and storytelling styles that bring the brand to lifeWhat we are looking for- Strong design sense with a passion for clean, modern aesthetics - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar tools - Basic video editing or animation skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut Pro a plus) - Familiarity with Instagram ad formats & motion trends - A creative thinker who thrives in fast, iterative environments - Bonus: Interest in fashion, technical and performance apparelWhat you will gain- Hands-on experience creating content seen by millions of viewers monthly - Mentorship from a fast-scaling D2C brand team - Portfolio-defining projects that blend fashion, performance, and storytellingSend your portfolio + short note (why you’d like to design for Novora) to support@getnovora.comor DM us on Instagram @getnovora
