About Us: Prosperr.io is a rapidly growing fintech platform focused on empowering individuals and businesses with intelligent tax, finance, and compliance solutions. As we scale, we are committed to building a strong brand identity through compelling visual storytelling and high-impact design. We are looking for a creative Visual Designer with strong motion graphics skills to help us elevate our visual presence across all channels.Key Responsibilities: Designstatic creativesfor paid marketing campaigns, organic social media, emailers, landing pages, and product launches. Developbrand-aligned visualsfor presentations, internal docs, blogs, reports, investor decks, and more. Create event, webinar, and offline collateral includingflyers, posters, invites, brochures, banners, and backdrops . Collaborate withmarketing, content, and product teamsto develop visuals that support product storytelling and customer education. Contribute to the evolution ofProsperr.io’s brand identity system —ensuring consistency across every visual touchpoint. Build and maintain adesign asset library(icons, illustrations, templates) to enable scale and efficiency. Stay updated with emerging trends in design, typography, social media formats, and fintech brand communication.Key Requirements: 3–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency, startup, or in-house team. Strong command ofAdobe Creative Suite– especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (and optionally After Effects). Excellent visual skills acrosstypography, layout, iconography, and color theory . Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality across output. Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Acompelling portfoliothat showcases brand, digital, and campaign design projects.Good To have Proficiency withFigmafor layout and collaborative design work. Exposure inearly-stage startups Understanding ofresponsive design principles (bonus)
