The ideal candidate will lead multiple cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. This role requires a blend ofproject delivery expertise, technical acumen, and stakeholder management . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects using Java or .NET technology stacks. Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets; track and report progress to senior leadership. Identify and mitigate delivery risks, handle escalations, and resolve blockers. Drive Agile/Scrum best practices, sprint planning, and release planning. Manage and mentor a team of technical leads, developers, and other engineering resources. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and quality benchmarks. Coordinate with clients/stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals. Required Skills and Experience 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 4+ years in a delivery/project/program management role. Strong hands-on background in Java or .NET development earlier in career. Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-team software delivery initiatives. Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage onsite teams .
