This is afull-time, on-site rolewhere you will overseeend-to-end delivery of consulting and technology projectsacross diverse industries (retail, agriculture, healthcare, automotive, and F&B).You will act as thebridge between clients, design, and development teams , ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and measurable impact. Daily responsibilities include: Drivingproject timelines, sprints, and delivery checkpointsacross multiple ongoing projects. Coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, and consulting) totranslate business requirements into deliverables . Engaging directly with clients forstatus updates, requirement clarifications, and change management . Tracking project risks, dependencies, and budgets while ensuring milestones are met. Managingresource allocation and capacity planningacross projects. Ensuring projects adhere toUMC’s consulting ethos : structured, transparent, and outcome-driven.QualificationsCore Skills : Strong expertise inProject Management(Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred). Ability to managemulti-industry tech projects(ERP, mobile apps, SaaS platforms). Strong skills inrisk management, stakeholder communication, and sprint planning . Experience inrequirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and client workshops .Technical/Tools : Familiarity withJira, Trello, Asana, or similar PM tools . Knowledge ofSDLC, wireframing tools (Figma), and QA processes . Comfort withproject financials and milestone-based invoicing .Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Management, Engineering, or related field . 3–6 years of project management experience ; consulting or technology background strongly preferred. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certificationis a plus.Mindset & Approach : Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and ownership mindset. Comfortable handlingmulti-stakeholder environmentswith shifting priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—capable of engagingCXO-level clients as well as internal dev teams .
