Join us to own product for both our consumer-facing Connect app and our enterprise Fleet platform — a high-impact role where your work will reach fleets, drivers and millions of end-users.Role overviewWe’re looking for one experienced, hands-on Product Manager to own the roadmap and delivery for EVA2Z Connect (mobile app + in-app device marketplace + consumer features) and EVA2Z Fleet (fleet management SaaS platform & telematics). You will be the voice of the customer, translate field feedback into product priorities, and work closely with engineering, sales, operations and enterprise clients to deliver reliable, scalable product experiences.Key responsibilities- Define and own product roadmaps for EVA2Z Connect (consumer app & device marketplace) and EVA2Z Fleet (enterprise fleet platform). - Prioritise features, write clear user stories & acceptance criteria, manage the backlog and drive sprint outcomes. - EVA2Z Connect responsibilities: - Prioritise and deliver features such as real-time GPS tracking, multi-vehicle management, alerts & notifications, remote engine immobilisation, usage analytics, OTA updates and an in-app device/ accessory marketplace. - Improve UX for drivers & consumers, reduce friction in onboarding and device pairing, and grow monthly active users and retention. - EVA2Z Fleet responsibilities: - Build/scale fleet features: real-time telematics, route planning & optimization, maintenance scheduling, inventory tracking, payment & billing flows, driver management and reporting dashboards. - Work with operations and enterprise customers to tailor workflows, integrate with third-party systems (ERP, TMS, insurance, SIM providers) and support pilot → enterprise rollouts. - Act as the customer advocate: collect field feedback (sales, support, pilots), run user interviews, and turn insights into measurable product improvements. - Coordinate cross-functionally: engineering, QA, data, UX, sales, customer success and operations to ship high-quality releases. - Define product KPIs & dashboards (connected vehicles, MRR, MAU, engagement, feature adoption, NPS) and report progress to leadership. - Own quality & reliability for production telematics flows and real-time data integrity. - Support enterprise sales during pilots and negotiations from product perspective (requirements, SLAs, roadmap alignment).What success looks like (first 6–12 months)- Ship prioritized roadmap items for both Connect and Fleet with measurable uptake. - Convert 3 pilot projects into paying enterprise customers with SLA-backed deployments. - Improve Connect MAU and retention by X% (targeted KPI to be set jointly). - Implement product analytics and a repeatable feedback loop from field to roadmap. - Reduce critical bug rate in telematics flows and achieve defined uptime targets.Must-have experience & skills- 3–6+ years as a Product Manager building B2B SaaS and/or consumer mobile products; prior exposure to IoT, telematics, fleet management, logistics or mobility strongly preferred. - Deep understanding of mobile app product management (Android/iOS) and cloud/SaaS product flows. - Proven track record of shipping complex features that involve both embedded devices and backend services (SDKs, APIs, OTA). - Strong stakeholder management — experience working with enterprise customers, pilots, and converting pilots to contracts. - Data-driven: comfortable with metrics, analytics tooling, A/B testing and defining product KPIs. - Excellent written & verbal communication — able to write clear PRDs, user stories and present to C-suite. - Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment: high ownership, hands-on, pragmatic problem solver. - Based in (or willing to relocate to) Noida / Delhi NCR and able to travel to pilot sites.Nice-to-have- Prior experience in EV/e-mobility, vehicle OEM programs, logistics/last-mile fleets, or fintech/insurance integrations. - Familiarity with telematics data formats, MQTT, CAN bus basics, or cellular/SIM provisioning workflows. - Experience with analytics stacks (Mixpanel/Amplitude/Looker/Metabase) and CI/CD for mobile releases. - Network in OEMs, fleet operators, telcos or logistics players.Compensation & perks- Competitive salary + performance bonus + meaningful equity. - Hybrid work, medical coverage, learning & travel budget. - High ownership role reporting directly to the founder (Dr. Narendra Jha) — visibility to leadership and investor conversations.How to applyApply via LinkedIn Easy Apply or email your CV + a short note (1 page) describing a product you shipped that had measurable impact to info@eva2z.in.
