You will play a key role in ensuring service reliability, scalability, and quality, while actively contributing to coding and technical problem-solving.Role & Responsibilities : - Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to implementation.- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.- Debug issues and provide fixes for live services.- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.- Suggest improvements to system performance and reliability.Requirements : - 6 to 8 years of backend development experience.- Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, AWS.- Solid experience with distributed, high-volume systems.- Working knowledge of RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra).- Good Debugging and Problem Solving skills- Exposure to CI/CD (Jenkins) and caching technologies is desirable.- Strong debugging and system troubleshooting skills.- Experience in payments system is a must.Education Qualification : - Any Degree, Engineering Discipiline (ref:hirist.tech)
