Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to support and enhance .NET-based custom applications integrated with Oracle product suites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both legacy .NET technologies and modern .NET frameworks, with experience in managed services, incident management, and application modernization. This role requires strong collaboration skills and bilingual proficiency to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of application managed services for .NET-based custom applications.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in compliance with ITIL standards.
  • Provide hands-on support for legacy .NET applications (ASP.NET Web Forms, WinForms, WCF, Windows Services).
  • Develop, support, and enhance modern .NET solutions (.NET Core, REST APIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-application teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including performance optimization, code refactoring, and modernization strategies.
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved for application performance, availability, and responsiveness.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, DBA teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for application architecture, integration flows, and support procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5–7 years of experience in .NET application development and support.
  • Proficiency in legacy .NET technologies (ASP.NET Web Forms, WCF, WinForms, Windows Services).
  • Strong experience with modern .NET frameworks (.NET Core, REST APIs).
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to ITIL-based service management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills; Bilingual proficiency (English + [Specify Language]) required.

Preferred:

  • Experience with .NET applications integrated with Oracle product suites.
  • Knowledge of application performance tuning and modernization strategies.

Pay: ₹413, ₹1,548,679.74 per year
