Senior Curriculum Managers are central to this mission, leading the design of world-class curriculum, assessments, and lesson plans that meet the needs of schools across the country. If you‘re excited by the idea of shaping the future of education at scale.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES ● Lead the end-to-end creation of curriculum and instructional content that is rigorous, engaging, and error-free. ● Conduct in-depth academic research to inform design, structure, and delivery of learning materials. ● Develop high-quality storyboards for classroom resources, ensuring seamless integration of print and digital components. ● Review and refine content produced by the team to maintain academic quality and pedagogical integrity. ● Collaborate with design and tech teams to bring a digital-first lens to all content solutions. ● Drive timely execution of curriculum projects through structured planning, team coordination, and progress tracking. EXPERIENCE ● Bachelor’s/Graduation /Master’s degree from a premier institute. ● 6-7 years of experience in researching & developing curriculum and lesson plans for a specific subject. ● Hands-on experience in teaching the content or closely supporting teachers to ensure its effective delivery. ● Experience in managing end-to-end education projects with precision, timeliness, and cross-functional coordinationCOMPETENCIES REQUIRED Functional: ● Leverages data insights to structure problems and enable informed decision-making. ● Champions innovation by supporting experimentation and leading teams through change. ● Fosters collaboration, builds trust, and influences stakeholders to gain alignment. ● Sets clear expectations, drives accountability, and ensures timely delivery with focus.Role Based: ● Deep understanding of instructional frameworks, scope and sequence design, and age-appropriate content development ● Skilled in framework thinking, with the ability to design and align curricular components to broader pedagogical goals and standards. ● Experienced in conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking to ensure curriculum and content remain best-in-class and market-relevant. ● Strong command over academic editing, error-checking, and content quality assurance processes. ● Ability to conceptualize and translate learning objectives into structured, engaging, and visually guided educational resources. ● Knowledge of digital pedagogy, ed-tech tools, and designing for multi-format, tech-enabled learning environments. ● Proven capability to lead academic projects from planning to execution, ensuring delivery with quality, timeliness, and cross-functional alignment.
