Core responsibilitiesBooking management: Oversee the bookings of the venue calendarOperations management : Ensuring venue is clean, safe, and properly maintained and equipped. Staff management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise venue staff.Event coordination: Work with clients, promoters, artists, and production teams to partners with, plan and execute events, handling everything from partnerships to on-site management. Financial management: Manage venue budgets, track expenses, and handle invoicing. Client and vendor relations: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers. Compliance: Ensure the venue and all events comply with relevant safety, health, and legal regulations. Customer service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues that arise during events. Key skills and qualificationsStrong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent Marathi , Hindi, and English communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and budgets.Knowledge of event planning, logistics, and operations.
