This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in collections and banking operations.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling Executives●     Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment reminders●     Follow up on pending dues and provide account status information●     Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and record customer responses●     Handle customer queries with clarity and professionalism●     Achieve daily/weekly calling and recovery targetsField Executives●     Conduct field visits to customers for overdue payment follow-up●     Deliver notices, collect documents, and support on-ground recovery activities●     Coordinate with team leaders on field routes and visit plans●     Manage sensitive cases professionally and escalate when needed●     Ensure timely visit reports and portfolio updates🔹 Requirements●     1–3 years of experience in telecalling or field collections●     Good communication & negotiation skills●     Basic understanding of loans/overdues (training will be provided)●     For Field Executives: Must be comfortable with field travel●     Ability to handle customers politely and professionally●     DRA Certification is mandatory🔹 Good to Have●     Experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, or fintech collections●     Ability to communicate in Kannada/Hindi/English●     Basic smartphone & documentation handling skills🔹 How to ApplyEmail your CV/Resume to: hr@bluglobal.in Subject: “Field/Telecalling Executive – Bengaluru” + Name + Mob No
