Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance on analytics, modeling, and best practices.- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python, Pandas, Numpy, and Scikit-Learn.- Perform geospatial and advanced analytics to support business decision-making.- Build scalable data pipelines and workflows using Databricks and Azure.- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and KPIs.- Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and security standards.- Mentor team members, drive technical innovation, and foster a data-driven culture.- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data science and Skills Required :- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn.- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure cloud services.- Expertise in Power BI for visualization and reporting.- Experience in geospatial analysis and related tools/libraries.- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.- Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud-based analytics solutions.- Familiarity with big data frameworks, Spark, or similar platforms is a :- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.- Proven experience in leading data science teams or projects.- Demonstrated ability to deliver predictive analytics and actionable business insights.- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise-scale analytics :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science,or related field.- Advanced certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Cloud Analytics are a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
