Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, fast problem-solver, and results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing multi-channel advertising campaigns while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize high-performance paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze data-driven insights to optimize ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign performance.
  • Client-Facing Role: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing communication, reporting, and campaign strategy discussions.
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to enhance conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously test ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to improve results.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver comprehensive reports and insights on campaign performance, audience behavior, and recommendations for scaling campaigns.
  • Market Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, industry shifts, and platform updates to implement best practices.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, developers, and account managers to ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads & Facebook/Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation, e-commerce sales, or brand awareness.
  • Fast problem-solving mindset and the ability to make real-time adjustments to improve performance.
  • Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate complex marketing strategies in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in developing and executing content-driven digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimization, and email marketing is a plus.
  • Experience working in UK & US markets is preferred.
