The role requires strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills to ensure business goals are accurately translated into functional outcomes.Key Responsibilities (KRAs):- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.- Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses to evaluate potential business solutions.- Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support IT and process improvement initiatives.- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision-making.- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and brainstorming sessions to resolve project issues.- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and training guides.- Ensure that delivered IT solutions meet business objectives and align with strategic goals.- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and assistance.- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to management.- Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancement.Required Skillsets:- Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management systems.- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile/scrum methodologies.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Ability to translate complex business concepts into technical requirements.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.- Experience in conducting data analysis and preparing dashboards or reports.- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.- Domain knowledge in IT, software, or business operations preferred.
