Job Title: Product ManagerLocation: HyderabadExperience: 4+ YearsJob Description:We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning and execution of our products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business goals into impactful products and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:- Build a clear product vision and define the roadmap aligned with company goals.- Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - engineering, design, sales and marketing - to deliver high-quality products on time.- Prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.- Define product requirements (PRDs, user stories) and manage sprint planning.- Monitor product performance metrics and continuously optimize for improvement.- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and successful go-to-market execution.- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.- 4+ years of experience in product management or similar roles.- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.- Proven experience in taking products from concept to launch.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with leadership teams in product vision.- Keen sense of ownership, drive and entrepreneurial mind set to build trust with internal and externals stakeholders.- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environments - looking for a challenge- Strong collaboration skills to impact / influence engineering and partner teams (ref:iimjobs.com)
