Job Description:

1. As a Project Manager, you will lead a variety of projects with significant scope and impact supporting several different areas of business. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver value. Meeting the scope, budget and timelines on the effort are very critical. Scope creep should not be allowed.

2. Projects are prioritized and aligned to short- and long-term goals of the business. Make sure right information is available for people to make the right decisions. Projects need to be executed within the planned time and budget and optimize the resource utilization and allocation

3. Continuous risk assessment and mitigation across all projects. Project must be on-budget and on-time. Develop necessary KPI's

4. Establish a program level governance model, best practices, and consistent reporting of KIPs

5. Managing business continuity during the change

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

7. Follow PMBOK and Agile methodologies in delivering projects.

8. Create processes around project implementation and adhere to timelines

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage IT projects from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, resource allocation and project execution.

2. Provide project management and direction to ensure the project team has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake within the project team

3. Act as a liaison between the project stakeholders and the project team to manage risks, develop mitigation plans

4. Proactively manage change controls and communicate impact in project scope, identify issues and devising contingency plans

5. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths and with maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestone, task, and project health

6. Develop documentation on processes that are critical to successfully implementing the projects

7. Identify opportunities to streamline deployments, share best practices with peers and leaders and implement continuous improvements actions on regular basis

8. Develop business requirements and performing user acceptance testing for enhancements

9. Be a champion on Change Management

10. Implement the governance structure in place

11. Performance SOD and IT General audits

12. Make sure everything is documented

13. Risk Register to be maintained

14. COBIT 5 framework of IT governance to be followed
