Qualifications- Be Electrical/Mechanical or Diploma in Electrical/MechanicalRequired Skills- Experience in handling commercial properties - ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER will (with the support of the maintenance - staff) ensure that all the facilities like lifts / common area lightning / cleanliness of the - lawn / garden common areas are always kept trim and in good working condition bytaking full control of the situation.- In case of any breakdowns, he would liaise with the service providers of DG sets, lifts, - intercoms etc., and ensure that the problems are rectified immediately and to the - satisfaction of the residents. - He shall monitor periodical maintenance / servicing of all major machinery (DG sets, - lifts) intercoms, motors and ensure timely renewal of AMCs.Salary - 56,000 in hand per month
