Directly manage the Housekeeping and ensure strict compliance with property policies and processes.Responsibilities- Responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and tenant satisfaction. - Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned. - Deal with owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form. - Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives as related to building operations and practise safe work habits. - Supervise the repair works, whenever and wherever necessary with the help of vendors. - Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems. - Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems such as; Fire alarm systems, fire pumps and related fire protection system equipment as assigned. - Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, preventative maintenance, etc. - Ability to use technology such as; smart phones, tablets, computers, web-based applications, building automation systems, etc. - Manage on-site staff and vendor issues. - Comply with C&W Uniform Dress Code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at times other than working hours. - Exemplary relationship management, communication skills with the ability to network with project members, consultants, contractors, govt. authorities, statutory agencies with consummate ease. - Streamlining processes and resources available for the project to achieve desired outputs within deadlines.Skills- Good communication- Drafting & Speaking - Interpersonal skills - Outstanding problem solving capacity. - Work under pressure particularly when tenants have complaints. - Must be able to deal politely and efficiently with guests/tenants to make sure that they are satisfied with the service . - Technical Proficiency - Initiative - Flexibility - Multi-Tasking - Sense of UrgencyMinimum Qualification:Bachelors in Hotel in Management (Fresher or prior experience will be an added advantage)Location: KolkataRemuneration: INR 20,000-24,000 In hand+Incentives + Accommodation
