About the role:

Urban Ladder is looking for Installation Managers, preferably with 6-10 years of experience in the

Modular and Home Interiors Industry. This role involves escalation handling, monitoring project

planning & resource planning. The candidate possesses an in-depth knowledge of how things work in a modular industry and specifically with the furniture installation and on-site works related processes.


What you will do

 Maintain Net Promoter Score as per company standards

 Manages team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors who are responsible for installation

 Close monitoring and tracking of the project schedules

 Ensuring all project related communications are done on a timely manner

 Step up and intervene if any project is deviating from the plan

 Train the team to make sure they focus on customer centricity

 Handle client escalations and ensure reduction in escalation cases.


What you will need

 Strong Team management skills

 Strong communication skills

 Experience of handling teams in project management related work

 Ability to handle multi-functional activities in the execution process

 Extensive knowledge of modular furniture installation processes


Functional and Desired skills:

 Degree / Master’s degree - Civil Engineering or Interiors preferred

 6-10 years of extensive experience in Project Management

 2-4 years of Team handling experience

 Strong communicator

 Overall good at coordination and project management skills

 Escalation handling
