Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring timely and quality execution.

Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Lead and mentor a team of electricians and junior staff, providing both technical guidance and professional development opportunities.

Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant safety laws and regulations.

Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot any issues to maintain optimal operational efficiency.

Manage project budgets, balancing cost control with quality outcomes.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project objectives and update them on progress.

Maintain detailed documentation of all electrical works, including maintenance records and compliance reports.
