As the Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our organization's strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful change and ensure seamless operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

1. Assisting for setting of various processes and planning for launch of new product or product features

2. Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures

3. Helping to promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale

4. Overseeing the routine operational activities, planning, and auditing

5. Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Spoken proficiency in English and Hindi

3. Decision making and ability to think critically

4. 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in BFSI sector

5. Qualification: MBA or equivalent
