Job Summary:


•The Global Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of operations professionals across multiple geographies.

•Responsible in developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure delivery of exceptional services to our clients.

•Will be responsible for coaching and developing team leaders, as well as working with other functional leads to ensure that the account’s overall operations are running smoothly.

•This role should also demonstrate adaptability, the ability to address issues outside of instructions or their own expertise, and navigate VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) environments effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


•Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all sites.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment or operational activities with business objectives.

•Oversee the day-to-day operations including project management and delivery.

•Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries and escalations.

•Analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics to monitor the health of the account and identify areas for improvement.

•Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.

•Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

•Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the organization.

•Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key operational insights and performance metrics.

•Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the global operations team.


Skills/Exhibited Competencies:


•Preferably someone with a strong interest or knowledgeable in the Commercial Real Estate Market.

•At least 5 years of experience leading large teams, ideally 50+ headcount or handling multiple functions.

•Ability to develop and execute long-term operational strategies that align with business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

•Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

•Proven track record of identifying and resolving complex operational issues in a fast-paced environment.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

•Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.

•Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.

•Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives and drive results.

•Experience leading change management initiatives and driving organizational transformation.
