Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, assisting in the recruitment and selection process for potential candidates. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in talent acquisition while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. The primary responsibilities and duties include:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate interview details and logistics to all parties involved.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed about their application status, provide feedback, and answer any questions they may have.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including maintaining candidate databases, organizing recruitment events, and preparing recruitment-related documentation.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by assisting in the development of recruitment marketing materials, such as job postings, social media posts, and employer profiles.
- Data Management: Collect and maintain recruitment data and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Prior experience or coursework in human resources or talent acquisition is preferred
Duration and Stipend:
This internship position is for a duration of 3 months, with a stipend of 15000/month.
Location : Sultanpur, Delhi (Work from Office)
