A Marketing communication and CSR person will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing and communication strategies to enhance the organization's brand visibility, product marketing and communications across platforms while also developing and managing impactful CSR initiatives that align with corporate goals.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand communication strategies, plan and execute branding campaigns to increase visibility and customer engagement.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

- Monitor and maintain the company's brand image, ensuring alignment with its values and positioning.

- Oversee the creation of content for advertising, social media, and internal communications.

- Develop integrated marketing communications campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales.

- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and manage Social Responsibility (CSR):


- Design and implement CSR initiatives that reflect the company's values and commitment to social and environmental sustainability.

- Identify, collaborate and create CSR strategies for partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and community organizations.

- Initiate the fund-raising programs, design CSR Programs and Impact Reports.

- Communicate CSR efforts to stakeholders, including employees, customers, and the community, through appropriate channels.

- Prepare and present CSR reports to senior management and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (MBA or specialization in CSR is a plus

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, CSR, or a related role.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and content management systems.

- Creativity and strategic thinking with attention to detail.

- Passion for social impact and sustainability.

- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders. (ref:iimjobs.com)
