Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facebook Ads & Funnel Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires a professional with a strong background in managing and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing ad strategies, analyzing campaign performance, implementing A/B testing, and driving maximum ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all PPC efforts end-to-end, including Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Identify, measure, track, optimize, and improve all key health indicators for PPC campaigns.
  • Derive actionable insights from standard campaign KPIs to enhance performance.
  • Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Understand the similarities and differences between common ad platforms and apply this knowledge effectively.
  • Identify the right target audiences based on campaign briefs and past data.
  • Contribute to the expansion of the company's digital campaign portfolio.
  • Work on organic growth by identifying and executing SEO opportunities for short, medium, and long-term results.
  • Leverage content marketing strategies to enhance PPC campaign outcomes.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve content standards for both the brand and clients.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • At least 3 years of experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Thorough knowledge of Meta & Google ads, including their algorithms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience with other aspects of digital marketing, such as email marketing and influencer marketing, is a plus.
