COMPANY: Multinational Apparel ManufacturerPOSITION: Finance HeadLOCATION: BangladeshSALARY:NET USD 6000 - 8000OVERVIEW:The Finance Head will be responsible for driving the financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and ensuring strong governance and compliance within the organization. This role requires a dynamic finance professional with solid experience in the manufacturing industry and the ability to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cost management functions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key business partner to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational growth.RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, costing, and financial reporting.Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with corporate policies, international accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.Develop and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.Guide internal and external audits and ensure accuracy of financial statements.Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial initiatives.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership for long-term planning.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing function.PRE-REQUISITES:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; CMA/CPA/ACCA preferred.Minimum 8 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry; experience in the apparel sector is an advantage.Expertise in budgeting, costing, and financial reporting.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop finance teams.Overseas experience is an added advantage.
