Your typical day will involve working closely with the Application Architect, conducting quality management reviews, and educating stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.Roles & Responsibilities: - Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. - Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. - Assist in quality management reviews, ensuring all business and design requirements are met. - Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business processes.Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong technical knowledge ofMicrosoft Dynamics CRM Technical Architect . - Good To Have Skills: Experience with quality management reviews and stakeholder education. - Experience in designing business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Experience working closely with Application Architects to create process blueprints and establish business process requirements. - Strong understanding of process and functional requirements. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business processes.Kindly share your updated resume at: ranjeet.k@mounttalent.com Let’s connect and help talented professionals find their next big opportunity
