With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes. ● Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital. Designation: Ops Manager - Design About the Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for solving operational problems & for driving NPS and CSAT scores across Sales, RM AND PM departments to minimize & optimize TAT for customers deliverables cross functional coordination. Role and Responsibilities:- ● To ensure that the TAT around Sales - RM - PM Handover is under control. ● To reduce Cancellation % ● To Ensure timely payment in the RM Stage ● To work around bottlenecks in the Sales - RM handover & also in the RM-PM handover. ● To manage NPS & CSATs score during this stage Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field; Master's degree preferred. ● Proven experience in operations management. ● Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Solid understanding of business operations and financial principles. ● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
