Job Title: Google Ads ExpertExperience: 4-6 yearsLocation: Noida Sec 90 (WFO, 5 days)Key Responsibilities (KRA):- Plan, create, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.- Develop compelling ad copies and creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.- Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall conversion metrics.- Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience strategies.- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.Required Skillsets:- Proven expertise in managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.- Hands-on experience with bid management, remarketing, and audience segmentation.- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive data-driven decisions.- Proficiency in creating persuasive ad copies and high-performing creatives.- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance marketing metrics.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- MBA/Bachelors in marketing- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
