Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.

- Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) development, mobile architecture patterns, and best practices.

- Leadership & Management : Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- Product Mindset : Strong understanding of product development principles and ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.

- Data Literacy : Experience using data analytics to inform decision-making and measure success.

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Desired Skills :

- Cross-platform Development: Experience with cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native is a plus.

- Gaming or Sports App Experience: Familiarity with the technical challenges and user expectations in these domains is a significant advantage.

- Agile Development: Experience working in Agile environments and leading teams using Agile methodologies.
