Key Responsibilities :

Front-End Development :

- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js.

- Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

- Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications function seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.

Component Design and Development :

- Design and develop reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.

- Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between the front-end and back-end.

Code Quality and Best Practices :

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential improvements.

- Implement unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability.

UI/UX Collaboration :

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and suggest improvements where necessary.

- Enhance user experience by implementing modern, interactive, and intuitive user interfaces.

Mobile App Development :

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.

- Ensure mobile apps are optimized for performance, with smooth animations and fast load times.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues specific to mobile platforms (iOS and Android).

Performance Optimization :

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in both web and mobile applications.

- Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and other optimization techniques.

- Monitor and improve application performance using tools like Chrome DevTools and React Profiler.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality products.

- Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.

Continuous Learning and Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React.js, React Native, and front-end development.

- Identify areas for improvement in existing applications and suggest innovative solutions.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js and React Native.

- Proven experience in developing web and mobile applications with React.js and React Native.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.

- Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles, including React hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.

- Experience with mobile app development using React Native, including knowledge of native mobile APIs and libraries.

- Familiarity with front-end build tools and libraries such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.

- Proficient in using version control systems like Git.
