Job Description and Skill Set- Senior Manager (Civil )- works with 15+ years of Experience.

Candidate requirement is for Delhi NCR , Varanasi and Northern Region projects and posting will be at Delhi.

  • For Noida Campus Project
  • Responsible for all civil & interior works.
  • Liaise with design team, peer review and PMC team, in finalizing the Civil & structural design. Coordination between various allied services.
  • Participate in value engineering during design, Interior fit out concept Finalization, Detailed Design, Tenders, Budget Controlling, compliance management, Value Engineering and Execution.
  • Check and verify the DBR, material specification and RFP before issue.
  • Assist in procurement activities.
  • Liaise with PMC in preparation of Master Construction schedule and tracking the same upon on boarding of various project vendors so as to adhere to project timelines.
  • Oversee Design and procurement activities
  • Ensure adherence to quality parameters, health & safety standards during design and construction.
  • Support in obtaining all statutory approvals on the project.
  • To handle SEZ related statutory documentation , ensure proper documents and records are maintained to avail all eligible tax benefits in the project.
  • Preparation of MIS & PM schedule including cost control measures.
  • Liaise with PMC and Vendors on day to basis on and ensure compliance with Schedule & Quality.
  • Liaise with PMC and ensure all Construction Management activities are managed diligently.
  • Assist in ensuring proper Change Management at site.
  • Participate in Testing activities at site.
  • Ensure site measurements are recorded diligently and certify them.
  • Participate in risk assessment, site compliance and management activities.
  • Participate in HOTO activities and ensure timely completion of the same.
  • Obtaining all Statutory Approvals for occupation.
  • Ensure Tata Code of Conduct is adhered to in all the activities.
    • For Fit out Projects in Delhi NCR :
    • Participate in site survey and report adequacy of the premises.
    • Estimate the activities and Prepare preliminary Budget.
    • To handle and responsible for multiple fit- out and restoration projects in Delhi NCR.
    • Preparation of scope document long with high level schedule.
    • Participate in concept, schematic and detailed design.
    • Ensure timely approval of DBR.
    • Participate in procurement process and ensure timely completion.
    • Liaise with Consultants/ PMC and ensure timely completion of Fit out projects.
    • Ensure Quality and safety at site.
    • Ensure Cost Control and Change Management procedures are strictly adhered to.
    • Prepare MIS and Conduct site review meetings at regular intervals.
    • Manage expectations of stakeholders.
    • Ensure adherence to process, measurement and certify invoices.
    • Participate in Testing & Commissioning activities.
    • Ensure HOTO is completed satisfactorily.
    • Ensure expeditious Project Technical & Financial Closure with proper documentation.
    • Support Admin during DLP period

Skill Set:

  • Graduate in Civil Engineer with 15+ years' experience.
  • Proven track record in handling campus projects, IT building experience preferred.
  • Familiar with relevant building IS Codes and Regulations.
  • Competency in core civil / structural Engineering.
  • Any other professional accreditation will be added advantage
  • Hands on experience in Interior fit our works.
  • Sound Knowledge of Project Management, Construction Management.
  • Good Team Player.
