About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Executive with a go-getter attitude and provenexperience in SaaS sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of driving revenuegrowth, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals in a start-up or fast-paced environment.You will play a key role in building relationships, understanding client needs, and helping them seethe value of our SaaS solutions.Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for SaaS products. - Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to deal closure. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools. - Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client requirements. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and SaaS industry developments.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development roles. - Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.Preferred Attributes- Self-motivated with a “hunter” mindset. - Passionate about technology and SaaS solutions. - Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with change. - Team player who takes initiative and ownership.What We Offer- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-growing SaaS company. - Exposure to global markets and clients. - A collaborative and high-energy work culture where ideas are valued.
