In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to assess financial processes, controls, and compliance, while also working closely with the finance team to align operational strategies with the management's vision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in auditing, finance, and strategic planning, with exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial processes, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Develop and implement audit plans, methodologies, and procedures to ensure thorough and accurate assessments.

3. Identify and assess financial risks, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancements.

4. Collaborate with the finance team to align operational strategies with the company's vision and goals.

5. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

6. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and best practices.

7. Prepare audit reports, presentations, and recommendations for management review and action.

8. Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective resolution.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in auditing and finance, and incorporate relevant changes into audit processes.

10. Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by Should be a Charted Accountant.

2. Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and control evaluation.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and other relevant software applications.

7. Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards, including GAAP and COSO framework.
